Karl Boissonneault is Vice President, Channel Partner Operations for Xerox Canada, responsible for growth strategies and programs related to Xerox’s network of channel partners – including alliance partners, distributors and value-added resellers (VARs) – and its community of Authorized Xerox Agencies.
With more than 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing in the technology industry and 8 years in senior leadership roles; he brings deep knowledge and experience in partnering to deliver higher value solutions to clients. Karl joined Xerox in 2014 leading the Canadian Eastern and Central Agent Operations. No stranger to the channel, he also led an independent Xerox dealership in Bermuda and founded his own start up telecom company.
Karl holds a degree in Accounting from Université du Québec à Montréal. He is a member of the Canadian Channel Chiefs Council (C4), and executive sponsor for the Canadian Young Professionals Group.

Corey has had a long career in IT with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, starting in 1999 after 5 years at Merisel Canada ( now SYNNEX ) his responsibilities and roles have changed over time. As a Business Analyst with HP Corey worked on the integration of Compaq & HP in the early 2000’s. Moving onto manage the HP Canbuild facility where HP built business Laptops locally here in Canada running up to 3 shifts per day. Moving from the PSG group Corey then took on the role of Marketing Manager for Procurve, HPs switching business and then eventually into a sales role as a National Account manager for HP Networking. In 2016 Corey after working with HP’s distributors during his whole career, Corey was promoted to the National Account Manager for Distribution managing 2 of HPE’s largest Distributor Partners. Corey lives in North Toronto, is a loving husband and father of 2, hobbies include hockey, golf, and spending time on his boat fishing.
Business Development Executive, SMB, Aruba Canada
Cindy has been working in the IT industry since 1997 starting her career with Compuware Corporation in sales support and moving into field sales. Following an additional vendor role supporting both end users and channel partners, Cindy moved into a distribution role for Alternative Technology (Arrow) and Avnet (Tech Data) for a combined total of 16 years supporting mostly Networking and Security products. The last 8 years were supporting the Aruba line and helping the partner community achieve tremendous growth the Canadian market. In January 2019, Cindy moved into her role at Aruba supporting the Canadian partners to learn and grown with Aruba. The last year, Cindy has been responsible for launching the new Aruba Instant On product portfolio to the Canadian SMB market and channel. Cindy lives in Georgetown, ON and is married with a son and identical twin daughters. She can be found on the side of the baseball diamond all summer scorekeeping for the 3 kids and in the arena all winter either cheering loudly for her son or as the trainer for her daughters.

Prior to Lenovo, The Storage and Virtualization Specialist at Tech Data Canada for 8 years where I presented, and trained partners on VMWare, Brocade, EMC and other datacenter storage OEMs. “I’ve learned a long time ago that, as OEMs, we are only part of an end user’s solution.
